My “Peace in a nutshell” Guide…

  1. Recognise that you are a divine spark from the Creator.
  2. Let go of the old paradigm of simply surviving. Give every concern, worry, doubt, problem, challenge, and burden up to a higher power.
  3. Replace all concerns with trust.
  4. Ask your Awareness to show you all of your disempowering programming – your beliefs, memories and values that no longer serve you.
  5. Know that the universe operates on the Principle of Free Will. It’s up to you to ask for help.
  6. Treat every triggering moment as a reminder to alchemise (turn into love) the old feelings.
  7. Know you are surrounded by frequencies that have a very real effect on your body, mind and spirit and do a deep clean.
  8. Return harmony to your body for a faster connection to peace. Stop eating foods and drink poisoned with pesticides and chemicals.
  9. Go outside, breathe deeply and connect your body with Mother Earth.
  10. Spend time in the present moment each day remembering gratitude and appreciation.
